Eric Valdespino had always dreamt of putting his imagination down on paper. He has been telling stories to his children for as far back as he can remember. Now that his kids are grown, Eric has decided to accelerate his love for storytelling. He enjoys using his imagination to weave together stories that interest him yet entertain the readers. He sees writing as something similar to art – like an artist using colors to paint a canvas, a writer uses words to create different worlds.
Eric is self-employed in an industry that he’s devoted to and lives with his wife, Trish, and little dog, Kemo, who they both adore. Although they both work, they enjoy reading and watching movies together. Eric lives in a guarded community in Henderson, Nevada, with his wife and dog.
A few years ago, Eric started writing down some story ideas and exciting thoughts about ancient people and how they must have lived thousands of years ago. He then developed some characters for those ideas, using his own life’s experiences. In a way, Eric is obsessed with writing and loves taking readers, who enjoy and appreciate the world of storytelling, to different realities.
This book is his first attempt at writing a complex sci-fi story to introduce novel technology with interesting characters. He is looking forward to continuing with a second book about Otis, the Last Alien. He is also interested in writing a trilogy and sharing more stories about the village of Ode, and the many exciting adventures Mia and her two brothers get in to using alien technology
